jQuery to YUI 3 cheat sheet, a life saver!

Show me how! jQuery to YUI 3! I exclaim!

So having learnt my front end Javascript wizardry first in just plain Javascript, followed by a hefty amount of jQuery (my personal favourite), it came time for me to use YUI. YUI is yahoo’s offering to the party and whilst its a very robust and well tested codebase, its documentation is at best, very poor!

If your like me and you spend a lot of time coding in one language, you start to think in that language. In my case I found it impossible to work out how to do something in YUI without thinking of the jQuery equivalent! So what to do?

Well fear not javascript coding monkies! Help is at hand! In the process of my searching to discover more about YUI it came across this wonderful resource!

It simply lists jQuery code on one side and the YUI equivalent on the other!
