The Noise of a web developer

jQuery Infinite scroll char code issue

So we’ve been using Infinite scroll for sometime now. Its always been a great way to give the user a nice interaction without lots of clunky clicking, and for the most part we’ve had no problems using it!

However in our most recent guise we have been trying to get Infinite scroll integrated as part of a CakePHP app, something I frankly just expected this to work, which it did on all the decent browsers. However, our dear old friend Internet Explorer (all versions) decided that something wasn’t right and refused to cooperate!

The offending item was apparently a mis-match on char code : More to follow soon :-) Sorry.
